Hey guys, i FINALLY got my tube bender and everything, so i'm about 90% done my front bumper, i still need to finish the winch mount and a few other small things, and paint it, but here are some pics for you guys.
It's built with 1 3/4" HREW and a Pro-tools 105 bender and notcher... welder is a lincoln 175amp TIG...
If anyone (in ontario) needs some tube work done feel free to PM me.

(btw winch mount is not on yet, (dont have a winch) so it's just mocked up, and it's not painted yet (still deciding on powdercoat, urethane or tremclad <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" />)

Also, a set of hella 500's are going to be mounted on the tabs welded to the stinger braces...

Next is the rear bumper, then side steps.
Oh, i also know i need some more mounting points... it's going to be braced to the winchmount when im done, i just cant figure out any mounts going from the top two bars, to the frame.
