Thanks for the tips and replies,
we were actually having a problem with our TIG so a lot of the welds are not as good as they should have been, then the last bar we put on, absolutely no problems, cant figure it out. We got a new miller too, and it's the bomb, might use it on the rear bumper.... My cousin is doing all the welding and calculations, i'm around for hard labour (bending the tube) and making sure everythings going ok <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />
