Was the problem there from the getgo when purchased or did it start afterwards. My reason being is that if the powerwash is the problem it would have been there from the minute the truck was purchased. If the problem developed afterwards I'd say there is something else wrong. I'm also leaning towards valve lash adjustment. Maybe a fuel problem as well (starving).Any difference if engine is hot or cold.
