The rims will fit. What size tire are you considering? How much tire outside the wheel well are you willing to live with? I used a combination of 15x8.5 in front and 15x10 in back (both rims with 4" backspace) with 33x12.5's to achieve the same tire outside the wheel well, about 1.5 inch. In the front wheel well, you'll need to trim or bend out the front splash lip and trim the bumper ends. I didn't have any problem with the rear wheels stuffing into the well, with no body lift. However, using the 3.75 inch BS, you might rub a little on the outside interior of the wheel well. A body lift solves most issues above, with the exception of the bumper ends.
