I went wheeling a couple of day ago, and at the end of the day i noticed that my alignment got really messed up from the day, is the a normal thing that happens? The alignment went from some what normal on the way there to being really toed in and having alot of negative camber. Also the torsion bars seemed have given the truck a little more lifft at the end of the day. So I have a few questions, does anyone have a good explanation on how to do an alignment myself, I dont really understand the directions on the 4 crawler site. And last what way do you turn the torsion bar bolts to get lift and what way to lossen them?

Sorry for all the questions I just want to figure all of this out.
