Most likely you bent your idler arm up. Look at the rubber seal at the frame end and you can usually see that the rear side is compressed while the other side has a gap. You may also see that the idler has been pushed up and rubbing the frame. The bent up idler causes the toe-in, and too much toe-in causes the suspension to lift as you drive forward (as well as wear the outside of the tires pretty badly). It will do the opposite when you back up.
The idler arm is pretty much the weakest link in the Toy IFS. I would seriously consider upgrading to the Total Chaos idler arm and you shouldn't have to worry about it any more. Here is a link to a little writeup I did on it that went pretty much unoticed here in the T100 forum:
http://www.4x4wire.com/forums/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=984774The apparent camber change may only be a side effect of the toe problem. Its usually pretty tough to mess up camber and caster unless you have a lift kit that has loose brackets or something. Back up to drop the suspension back down and see if the camber looks better.
In the past, as a TEMPORARY fix, I've used a large pry bar or pipe to wedge between the frame and idler to bend it back down. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />
Also, its fairly difficult to do your own alignment with IFS. I've done it after installing lift kits to get things sort of close, but "sort of close" is about the best I could do. I did my straight axle myself and its never had any alignment or tire wear issues though.
