I had the pleasure of pulling a fellow jeep out of some goop last saturday. My recovery strap got mud all over it, and I've read in this forum that getting mud on a recovery strap is the worst thing you can do to it (makes it weaker or something). Is there anything special I should do to get it really clean, or will a good rinse with water be enough?
