Need a Spot

"INTERIOR- SEAT BELTS don't retract.
- remedy- up to 100K miles, you can get warranty replacement."

EricB how do you get them to do this? I called Toyota and they said 3/36. What is the magic words required for them to fix the problem after 36k? Thanks
