I had a set of pliers that were like a square jaw linesman pliers on one side and you could flip the handle around and have a needle nose on the other side. One of the jaws also had the built in wire cutter w/ a notch for stripping insulation. It was a handy tool to carry to the junkyard. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

At the bare minimum, I would also include some mechanic's wire, and duct or electric tape of some sort. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />

One of those multi-bit screwdrivers would probably be a good idea too. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
