yep, since i found the new truck and replaced the motor, i've been finding things that need fixing or replacing. it seems that the last owner never replaced the factory shocks, at all. so when i get my lift springs in, i think i'll be replacing the shocks and struts at the same time. granted it may take a little more time, but it's more for the sake of not tearing up my tires. apparently, lennyburger has stumbled upon a good idea with the longer shocks from the RAV4(if it was someone else, sorry, i have a bad memory.) anyway, the RAV4 shocks are longer than the stock sporty shocks by a little more than one inch, so this should work well with a 2 inch lift. so, if anyone else does infact do this type of lift, just go to the partstore and get RAV4 rear shocks. they are designed the same way as the sportage rear shocks and bolt up the same way. just an idea, but i'm going to try it. later, turtle.
