I'll agree. I run 32's on my DD with a much more anemic engine (2.6L 4cyl) and its very tolerable. I can't imagine regearing being a must with only 1" larger tires considering you have an additional 90~ish hp. Put them on, run it for a few weeks to see if you get used to the decreased power, then spend the bucks to regear if you think its necessary.
