That's interesting Jeff as the map appears to make it longer by going on Cottonwood. :shrug: I saw them both and the Elk Ridge looked shorter. unless something exists that adds difficulty, but I would imagine most of those routes are simply scenic dirt roads. I need to hit the library for some additional research materials.


Backcountry Adventures of Utah by Peter Massey & Jeanne Wilson. Oddly enough two of the members of my other club just ran into them three weeks ago on that exact route. Go figure
