Is there a drawup with the dimension, location of studs, and size of the fit up of the 9" thirdmember. Im making my own 9/60 combo axles for my tacoma and im doing preliminary design features of the axle. Basicly I need a blueprint drawing of it. I just dont wanna have to get a 9" third yet. I want to be able to build the houseing and then be able to weld the plate on the back of the diff with the correct size hole.
=) gotta love being a fabricatior.

I've thought about this before when I still had my jeep and came to the conclusion that building a full float 9" would be cheaper and just as strong.
Are you planing on fabing the whole thing or combining 60 axle tubes and a 9" (type?) third/pumpkin.

for the front everything but the third member and the 60 knuckles ill fab. Basicly the axle housing and all the link suspention mounts that get welded on. The rear will be the same diff housing but i havnt decided what kind of rotors i want to use yet so that could change. Ill just get bobby long to make me a set of custom shafts.

I'd go out and get a third realy. Measuring is great and all but it's hard to beat seeing how it will work when all the components are there. If you want some ideas/inspiration check out these guys. Some prety cool stuff.
