Cheapest and easiest way would be to simply crank your torsion bars up for 1 or 2" of front lift, and get some 2" or 3" longer than stock shackles for the rear. (for every inch over stock shackle length gets you half an inch of lift)

It will ride a little rougher in the front though. Some better shocks will help out. Try it and see how you like the front end with the t-bars cranked. If you don't like it, your not out any money. There are other options available.
