Need a Spot

I have a 97 taco with 33" procomp x-terrains. im looking at regearing it and locking the rear-end. Should i go with the 4.88 or 5.29 gears? also what type of locker should i get if most of my driving is on the street?

97 Tacoma, 2.7 liter 4 banger. 3.5 inch fabtech suspension lift with 33X12.50 Pro-Comp X-Terrain Tires. Pace setter header, and an AEM intake.
