Get a selectable locker for the your application (mostly street), I think that ARB is one of the only companies that makes a selectable locker for Tacomas unless you swap in a TRD rear. As far as gears I havent ha dmuch experience but 33 isnt that big so my guess would be 4.88. Im sure others will chime in as well.

EDIT: I now noticed you have a 4 banger, that might call for the 5.29s, still not too sure about gears though.
