Check to see if your diff drop brackets are tweaked. When your cv breaks, does it actually "break" or just pop out so that it is able to be popped back in?

The bumpstop that limits your droop affects the upper control arm which is not affected by your 4" lift. Your kit should have 4" drops for the bumpstops which limit the compression on the lower control arm. If you don't have those spacers in then I suppose that MIGHT be your problem, but with the 26mm bars I doubt it.
