Hello again, ive been doing a little digging, and if i recall, but cant find, Jerry once gave us a run down of the history of the c223 and brefily mentioned that the motors started out, or at one point used in refridgerant units on transports. my research dose show a 2.2L isuzu diesel used in Thermo King units. is this the same motor? is the block the same in respect i could bolt it up to my trans etc? anyone know of these engines and how they divver from the ones in the trucks we drive (or planning on driving(i got it running)) just a thought!!! cause if they are the same, bore stroke etc, i could have saved a bunch of many buying a engine re-build kit from thermo king!!!!
