Does anyone know: How can i determine the spring rate for progressive rate springs on my racerunner coilovers? I'm unaware of how this whole deal works-
ALSO
Anyone know of a good place to buy said springs? It seems that eibach is the brand to go with but where can i get them???

Well, thanks for nothen guys. geez. I didn't think i could ever stump all these guys. Anyway... here is the formula for this whole deal- http://www.gorancho.com/flash/docs/spring_selection_guide.pdfhope you never have to do it!!! oh and eibach is a great brand, probably the leaders in the industry. You can buy them at a reasonable rate here- http://www.polyperformance.com/I paid 290 for the shocks too. i got them from eshocks.com just for future reference.

you would have probably gotten a better response if you posted over on PBB. you gotta realize, there aren't many Zu owners out there experienced with running coilover setups.
