I personally don't think it's worth anywhere near that. You can buy a single cab 4x4 for less than that...yes it will have 100K-120K on it but it not just the miles that count. With 44K on it (assuming all original) that thing has spent an awful long time just sitting around, and most likely all short trips when it actually was driven. Short trips are bad for engines and sitting unused not too good either. Parts that don't move rust as they sit and rubber seals and other bits bits dry rot...hence all the new parts...I'm sure there are more new parts needed.

I think you can get a much newer 2wd for that kind of cash with not too many more miles. Get one with the RE, more pep and I think they get better mileage.

Just my opinion though....
