Yeah, I find that this kind of info probably exists on POCUK, but you have to dig through so much crap to get to good technical info there. I'm happy to post up what I find here.
Also, Wal-Mart now sells the Duracool kits. You need the one with the R12 adapter. Kit comes with 2 cans for $49. I only used most of one can.

After a certain temperature, A/C is the only way to go. Maybe Mexican A/C (windows open) is ok for some of you smaller guys, but I'm only 5'8" and around 200lbs so I overheat easily! LOL.

I'm 5'6" and 192 and A/C is a Godsend. I no longer need to use the 3-55 A/C (3 windows open[sunroof is window #3] and 55mph). I'm in hurry up and wait mode right now because I was approved for a student loan but am waiting for the car loan to come in. I'm eyeing up a Delica super excede with a crytal roof, just to be different. I wonder if I can lift it using that one Asian lift kit. Anybody know?

As far as I know you can.
I've seen on pocuk some crazy lifted Delica's. Same frame as the Pajero so I don't see why not.

Did the port have a red cap on it? If so, i couldn't get the adapter to fit. It did fit on the horizontal black one though. Any ideas? Am I looking for a blue cap? Little more flashlight work and there is a vertical port on top of the compressor. The "S" port I described earlier is horizontal.
So, I hooked her all up and it's very slow going! Idled for 30 minutes and the first can has not been completely taken in yet. I do see some bubbles in the glass. No change in cooling performance.

You need to hook up to the one with the S on it. You will not have the adapter to attach to the high side. You should read 30 to 33 psi on the low side at 1000 rpm with the engine at 22 degrees. (best to work on first thing in the morning when it is not hot.) Do not overfill!!!!!

Hmm, I'm not sure if the guy at the A/C shop was being genuine or not, but he said the Walmart kits can jam up our systems. That doesn't sound right to me. The Duracool website seems pretty honest and legit... is it long-term safe to add to our systems?
