To be perfectly honest, I was happy with the old 275/70 tires, but kept hearing so many positive comments about the 265/75 size. So I tried it. With the auto tranny, I felt as ifthe truck labored more on hills, and we do a bunch of weighted-down road trips throughout the year.

There is nothing wrong with the tires - I just wanted the old size back smile See the full FS post in the Classified section.

Here are the actual tires. The last image shows the 265/75 on the left and the newly-installed 275/70 on the right:
