Sc0rp10n,

Just curious which fender flares you're using?

Those were just the cheapo garden trimming look flares you can get at VIP. I tried to get it inspected while it was urinating coolant from the heater hose and all he complained about was the tires sticking out 2 inches I think I paid a whopping $50 for them, just measure, cut, and we pop riveted them on.

The monty looked pretty funny with the stock rims and tires back on it with the flares when I sold it

I like the jeep acronym: "just empty every pocket"

Nothing against jeeps...I've had 3:

1. 1983 Postal Jeep (AM General) scary p.o.s. that I sold to high schooler Lenny because it had a cool winter camo paint job.
2. 1975 Cherokee Chief 401, greatest ride of all my trucks bar none, comfy, great sound from the glass packs, but coulnd't keep a transfer case to save it's life.
3. Tagless 50s/60s Willys M170 military ambulance, needed complete resto, sold to a guy in Arizona who made a radio truck out of it...

Then I grew up and I now have a fleet of Monteros!!
