Thanks for all the pointers everyone. I really appreciate the candid advice and technical pointers. I will spend a few more days in the Isuzu sites on the web and see if there may be a more viable conversion.


I sent him an offer to buy the Olds Motor, but haven't heard from him yet.

I believe I can solve that flywheel problem if I had the motor.

I'll get some shots of the bell housings I have tonight, weather permitting. I may have to work if it gets stormy.
