If it's like my 20R setup, that copper pipe snakes around the rear of the block and attaches to a coupler at the lower right rear side of the cylinderhead. The trick is to loosen/separate the pipe there, and the pipe should then be able to move out of your way at the exhaust manifold. Good luck.
