The cams on the 12V are a few degrees longer duration in a car.
On the DOHC the duration is the same but the advance is a few degrees different.
I have not researched the 24V SOHC fully so I will not answer to them.
In general the car cams make more power everywhere as well as better economy. The torque rating of the 12V truck engine is at a lower RPM than the car. But the car engine exceeds that torque there as well as above that.
