I'm a little hazy on the details of Limp-mode, as it has been several years since I had my old AT 99 Trooper, but IIRC it is sort of a "plan B" default mode the tranny will go into if the normal electronic controls are not working.

I don't know how to re-boot the ECM, or if it is even possible. Perhaps another phone call to Jerry?
