I am running 35x12.5 on 15x8 wheels...all that sidewall doesn't do wonders for snappy highway handling, but is good for rock crawling!

BTW having the wheels stick out the wells some isn't necessarily a bad thing...around here you get into a lot of woodland ravine wheeling, which involves one side of the truck hard against one side of the ravine...having the tires out there can be the only thing that saves the whole side of the body from (much) damage.
