Never even gave the hole saw a try. I forgot I had cutting rods for my welder. They worked almost as good as the torch did. Got both shackle tube holes cut:


Three of the four holes I cut came out just about as tight as that one. The 4th is a little sloppy but will be fine.

Also cut the ifs brackets off a little closer, gotta grind everything down tomorrow:


And a pic of my work area just for fun. I'm out of the driveway because I gotta be up near the house to use the 230V welder.. I don't mind it much.
