IT sounds like a HG unless coolant is leaking into the intake somehow, which is unlikely.

The alternative to pressure testing the cooling system is to get a leak down gauge or otherwise pressureize the cylinder itself (if you can rig something up with a compresson tester) - pressureize the cylinder that's leaking, look for bubbles in the radiator.

Pull the plugs - a cylinder that is taking on water will look clean - the piston tops won't have as much carbon as the others.
