I tighten them from the inside out about 4 times ending with about 50 lbs. I don't use a torque wrench I use a short rachet and get em as tight as I can with that particular wrench... I'm guessing bout 50 lbs.
But I do this in increments of bout 10 lbs to make sure the manifold is evenly tightned.
