1995 4 cyl 5 speed.

I'm helping a friend of mine change out the clutch in his isuzu pickup and we can't seem to get the transmission apart from the engine. Pretty sure we have all the bolts out, there is the stud in place for the starter still, but it seems to be catching on the top of the engine on the drivers side. No other bolts/nuts holding it in that I can see. Any tricks to getting this apart?
