The DOR stuff did come with a replacement bolt. I usually use grade 8.8 hex head bolts to replace the center pins with. I also grease them liberally with antiseeze, this will stop the rust. Make sure your u-bolts are torqued to spec. Check them occasionally. If the u-bolts allow a little bit of movement, it will slowly grind through whatever you use as a center pin.

The socket headed cap screws (allen head bolts) are stronger than the 8.8, the 8.8 is metric and equivalent to a standard grade 5. (I work at Fastenal and sell bolts for a living..) The metric allen screws are a 12.9 grade equivalent to a standard grade 9. the standard SHCS (allen head bolts are an alloy = to a grade 9. If your looking for spares don't waste money on bolts that are labeled (center pin bolts) just go to your local fastenal or equivalent store (not trying to advertise) and get a box of 25 or 50(which ever comes in a box) 5/16 or 3/8 socket headed cap screws for about $15 and you'll have plenty for everyone. Hope this helps
