Started cutting <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" /> There ain't no going back now! I still have alot of clean up to do as everyone who has done a sas knows. What is the best way to cut off those cast idler arm brackets? I've tried burning out the welds but not much luck.

I am going to my uncles tomorrow to pick up my Chevy Dana 44 axle and look at a possible ford 9" for the rear.

I plan on building a jig to narrow and rotate the knuckles to match a waggy drivers side axle shaft. Can someone with a waggy axle measure the drivers side tube for me? I need it from the edge of the cast diff housing to some good reference point on the other end. I am trying to figure out if I just narrow one side, will I be wider than a waggy dif.

Oh, I need a Driver side waggy shaft and a passenger side inner Chevy shaft if anyone has some lying around.
