Oh yeah, I have a bit of useful info for those would are planning a dana 44 swap....

Axle shaft dimensions:

Wagoneer front dana44 WMS-WMS Roughly 61.5"
Waggy inner axle shaft lenghts:
Passenger inner shaft =14.69" 30 spline
Drivers inner shaft =33.19" 30 spline

Chevy Blazer Dana44 irregular cover (Don't know what that means but it seems to be the standard on these trucks) WMS-WMS Roughly 67.5"
Chevy axle shaft lenghts:
Passenger inner shaft =18.31 30 spline
Drivers inner shaft =36.13 30 spline

All outer shafts are 9.94" 19 spline on chevys and waggys

Doing the math, I'm 1/2" off some where, and I'm sure it is my measurement of the Chevy WMS's or the waggy WMS's I picked up on the fourm. All axle shaft lenghts were obtained from Warn industries website.

This ultimately means to me that I will be shortening both sides of my axle to get the desired lenght.
