Got some more done. P.S. pump uses the GM factory high pressure line and the Isuzu factory low pressure line. The high pressure side on the isuzu box is metric and the GM line is a standard 3/8" I cut off the u-shaped bend on the GM line and cut off the nut from the isuzu h.p. line and slid it over the GM line. It is slightly bigger but not by much. I then re-flared the GM line to the same size the isuzu line was. When threading in the line feels really loose but as soon as you snug it up everything tightens nicely. It turned out very clean. As long as it doesn't leak under a heavy load I'll be very happy.

The radiator took a lot more cutting than I imagined but I think it turned out pretty good. I still have to make the bottom craddle and top plate but this is how it will sit.
