Yeah it's nice, fortunately Chevy put all the alts on older motors on top. I think they started putting them down low like everyone else when the LSx motors came out. I've got a lot of room next to and under my A/C compressor where I thought about putting a York comp for OBA. The bracket may be a little tough to build because the factory accessory bracket is cast aluminum and is full of webbing, no flat surfaces.
