*disclaimer* This is not meant to sound harsh or demeaning, just honest experiance talking.


You won't be able to do a proper SPOA for only $200. Many say you can, but that is if you have fabrication skills, tools and a source of free parts.
You need the following (quick list, I may forget something):

spring perches
shims for front axle (depending on height of perches)
Shocks
Shock mounts (at least lowers)
longer brake lines (or extensions - almost the same price)
driveline spacers or new drive shafts
High Steer Kit (bending your tie rod wil get you through approx 2 obstacles, and z-links will amplify bumpsteer)

Going without 1 or 2 of the listed items above may still get you down the road, but I wouldn't try any serious trails.

A Samurai is an inexpensive rig, but some people don't seem to understand that going cheap or 'rigging up' suspension or steering parts will get you or your spotter hurt very quickly.
