Ray, I'll believe Mitsu will show up when monkeys fly outta my Ha Ha..Anyways Here's a link to a map to Crab flats Campground. Nearest major city is San Bernadino (Sp?) Crab Flats CampgroundWe'll need to make reservations as soon as possible as if we wait untill too late we could end up without a spot. there are plenty of spots right now and its early in the season so we should be good to go. I have notes on the best spots somewhere and I'll try to find them and make my reservation first so we can get spots next to each other. [color:"blue"] Description: This primitive campground is an off roaders paradise, with miles of off road trails for the beginner or the experienced rider. Located 8 miles from Green Valley Lake in the San Bernardino National Forrest. Located in the San Bernardino Mountains, near the town of Arrowbear. Campground is situated in tall pine, oak and cedar trees on a dirt road. Restrooms are provided and drinking water are provided. Campground host is on site. Off-road vehicle trails are nearby. Valley Lake is approximately six miles away. There is no overflow parking. No large RVs. This campground is for off-road vehicle oriented camping. [/color]

OK Guys I'll make a reservation tonight after work. I found my notes last night. I'll pick a spot and suggest numbers that are near it. ![[Linked Image]](http://homepage.mac.com/zone1wst/.Pictures/wheelin/BB1.jpg)

Cool. As soon as I know which sites we should get, I'll make my reservations. Also, I assume this will be base camp style wheeling where we come back to the campgrounds each night? Ray, I'll believe Mitsu will show up when monkeys fly outta my Ha Ha.. They have gone wheeling with us before so I wouldn't doubt that they/he will come... but I'll show him this thread to get him motivated. It's not everyday you see monkeys coming out of someone's

WOW right in my backyard, I may be able to do this as a day trip. Hopefully I wont have any pool issues at home. Guys you've seen my rig, will I be able to wheel with it? I have 235's on and the rear is LSD, might be able to build a set of sliders by then.
Lets hope

Is your truck a manual or an auto? with a manual you most likely wont be able to go slow enough(without burning up the clutch) to avoid damage with those small tires on these trails. The 3 major trails we plan to do are very technical in some spots and require a slow as possible crawl. Without sliders I would say you are very likely to to get a smashed in rocker panel. But if you are up for it we'll be more than willing to get out the winch cable or strap when you need it.
