Don't need to dismantle anything. Just reach up behind the inside edge of the door frame behind the switch and you will feel the wire. Follow it to the switch and pull off while holding onto the piece that fits to the back of the switch. It may take a little wiggle - can't quite remember, but it is very easy and can be put back on. Not that I think you'll ever bother if you like having the doors off. I never put the nuts back on the door hinges either (BTW that's a 13mm and you need an angle dohickey for the ratchet or a wobble head - angle thing usually comes with standard ratchet set).
