Need a Spot

I have a '98 Jeep with a 3" suspension and 1" inch body lift on it. I was looking into getting a bigger lift all together. I was looking at a 8" Skyjacker lift. I was wondering if i would have to alter my drivetrain or make any adjustments to my engine if i lift it this high. Thanks.
