Here's the follow up on this.

I recently just found out that a good friend of mine who is a Tech switched jobs from Hond to Toyota. I asked him if he could service my truck. He agreed.

He asked one of the master techs there, and he suggested not to do a flush, Tranny may lock up Due to Mileage (as stated above).

So we just did the simple drain and fill. 4 quarts last night.

ANd today, I am glad to say it has helped. No more problems.

I will do a couple more drain/fills to better the condition.
