Hot green tea. Vital Leaf in San Fransisco is where I get this Blue Tea. It is lightly dusted with Lychee juice powder so it does'nt need sugar.

Good Grean tea will prevent you from getting colds as well. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

In college, I used to use Vodka. Once the hangover was gone, so was the cold <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" /> These days, I just wait it out.

Lessee if'n I've got this right

In a mug,

1/8 teasp ginger
1/8 teasp cayenne (red pepper)
1/8 teasp garlic powder
1 teasp lemon juice
1 teasp honey (no sugar or substitutes)

Fill mug with water as hot as you can *safely* stand to drink, stir, and drink all down at once.

If mixed right, this feels like a burn on down (like a serious shot).

Take a glass of water; no need to guzzle, but take shortly thereafter.

This should make you expectorate.

Mucinex is good stuff too, FWIW. I don't load up on a lot of pharmicuticals myself.

One of the things I'd build ahead of a garage is a SAUNA.
FDA can't fubar that. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" />

If you're blowing yellow all day then you have a sinus infection. Get your Dr. to prescribe an antibiotic like Zythromax or some other Eurythromyacin (sp?) derivitive. It'll be gone in 5 days.

IMO Dont take Antibiotics unless you absolutely have to.

Kind of similar.
mug-o-tea
peeled/sliced fresh ginger, as much as you want.
1/8 to1/4 tsp cayenne, depends on your huevos.
Molasses or honey to sweeten.
Let every thing steep and then drink the tea and eat the ginger slices.
