It probably has been done before, very little that hasn't been done to the old YJ's! I would recommend not cutting into the wheel wells: instead, "engineer" a seat anchoring riser to provide clearance above the sloping wheel wells to fit a larger rear seat from another type vehicle. I was just wondering if you're planning to use the YJ to haul tourist about the Canyon? I've only seen pictures of the Canyon Dechelly, it appears to be a great destination to learn more about our Country's pre-1500's inhabitants in the southwest?
