Anyone have any idea of the right way to change out the sliding window on a 1st gen 4runner top?

I got an easier way.
Let it sit in the nice hot sun, then use a big flat screwdriver or something to pry with and start at teh back of the window frame, and pull it out. It will come right out (i've done it a few times).
If you really want, (or it's cold outside) cut the butyl rubber glue on teh inside with a knife before prying, but i did not see the need.
Oh yeah watch out it weighs 20lbs so u dont want to drop it...
(also make sure to take off all interior moulding).
