Need a Spot

I have a 90 pickup 6cyl 4wd. I replaced the factory alt with the 160A high output alt that northwestoffroad.com sells. When I installed I had alt wine through my stereo. I dought a Ground loop isolator for my rca's and moved the power cable for my amp. Solved 95% of the problem. Now I installed a CB today and BAM, their it is again. What can I do?
I placed a noise filter on the power line for the amp, no good. A friend of mine says some cars have "condensors on their alt or dist. Did my old alt have one built in? can I add one to my new alt, and where? I have a 1/0 power cable that runs from the batt lug on the alt to the battery. can I just put one between the alt batt lug and the cable? are they one size fits all? Sorry for all the Q, I am lost. Pleae Help.
