Need a Spot

My '90 model 4-Runner doesn't want to idle when the A/C is on anymore. It will usually idle with the A/C on but very roughly and sometimes it will go ahead and die. Any thoughts?

1990 Toyota 4-Runner 4x4
22RE fuel injected 4 cyl
5-speed manual
31x10.50 Dunlop Mud Rovers
