The shift points will be fine.
However keep in mind that the effective ratio of the auto tranny is different from the 5 spd, so you'll still find it more doggy than the other was at the same axle gearing... hence Toyota using 4.10 for one and 4.30s for the other. However at 5.29 and 33s it should work out fine. Even 4.88s are OK, but not ideal by any means.
