Reminds me of the two times I had to use an improperly sized spare tire. First time I was running the 215's that came on the truck and had to use my 225 spare. 2nd time was when I had 235's and had to run the 225. Both times weren't that bad...but then again not the same as going from 33x12.5 to 31x10.5 . Right now I am lucky all 5 LS Rims have 31x10.5's on them (the red truck), and 5 Steelies have 235's on them (Silver truck).

Best of luck on the trip. Hope you don't end up like ChrisJ did, tore out the sidewall on his brand new Dunlop 32x11.5 and had to put the spare 32x11.5 BFG on in the rain...and MUD. I only helped him get the torn dunlop on the rear gate, and damn it was heavy. Can only wonder how much fun 33x12.5's would be to juggle around, lol.
