After absolutly buring any bridge with the local toyota hack shop (Sorry if your friends still work there KC, they seriously F'ed up by lying about service completed, damaging the truck and then trying to hide it), I had need to source parts from somewhere else. After having read many positive things about dealing with Caroll @ Gettel Toyota I decided to give them a shot. You absolutly can NOT complain about the service with Caroll, top notch customer service on the phone (though he's off at 3pm Eastern time ~ so call early). On top of that, parts prices were the cheapest I've seen anywhere ~ even including shipping.

If you need parts and have only worthless shops/hacks near you, give him a call. I can't imagine anyone could be dissapointed with the service or prices.

Well I never said they were perfect, just that a bunch of us go snowmobiling together. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />

FTR, I got hosed on a recent ball joint job they did for me when they told me I needed a new idler arm to do a proper alignment. Ok.... So I sprung for the new idler arm, then went to pick it up and they told me they couldn't do the alignment because my caster bolts were rusted tight. They attempted to make it up to me by giving me a free oil change but they used regular oil while I've been running synthetic in it for years now.

Glad you found someone that gives great customer service. I'd be interested in hearing more about what happened here though.
